Assist guests in the selection and purchase of food and beverages.The Barista will keep equipment operating by following operating instructions troubleshooting breakdowns maintaining supplies performing preventative maintenance calling for repairs.Prepare and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, café latte, and cappuccino.The Barista will determine guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all inclusive for specific positions.) The barista is responsible for educating guests about our premium coffees, teas, gelatos and food items.
